Senior Associate, Merchandising

We’re looking for a talented Senior Associate of Merchandising to join our Merchandising team.

As our ideal candidate, you are a bright and self-motivated professional who is eager to build an interdisciplinary foundation in marketplace merchandising. You will manage daily merchandising and reporting responsibilities, helping our team scale through operational, curatorial, and analytics excellence. In this cross-functional role, you will work in close partnership with marketing channel leads, Creative, Supply, and Product, to drive buyer engagement, retention and revenue.

What you'll do:

• Support execution and reporting of merchandising efforts that engage and activate our audience of high net-worth buyers and interior designers
• Assist with merchandising of our marketplace and campaign collections across verticals and segments: Furniture, Art, Sale, Trade etc.

• Support our team across Site content management and category merchandising, leveraging performance data to help inform strategy:

  • Gathering regular reporting to evaluate Site health and inform testing
  • Running reporting and competitive to drive category insights and collection planning

• Manage site and merchandising operational execution across a number a tools and touchpoints

• Support Merchandising Director on Product roadmapping, driving innovation and impact for team

• Additional responsibilities as needed, including assisting the Merchandising team with ad-hoc projects and requests

What you'll bring:

• You have 2+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce and/or Merchandising
• You are proactive with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• You are a nimble team player who can adjust priorities to support evolving business needs
• You have the ability to communicate and present data and project milestones clearly
• You have experience working with Google productivity tools, including Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Calendar and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Content Management Systems, Looker, Google Analytics, and Asana
• Experience with Design - Furniture, Art, Jewelry and Fashion
• Experience in the luxury market
