Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Ideate and produce engaging and informative content, including blogs, articles, and social media copies that resonate with the target audience.
  • Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and competitor content to maintain a competitive edge and enhance content quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives and support lead generation goals.
  • SEO Optimization: Optimize content for SEO and readability to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
  • Visual Content: Collaborate with designers to create high-quality infographics that complement written content.
  • Product Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including solution articles, user guides, online help content, and release notes.
  • Feature Documentation: Collaborate with product managers to understand new features and product updates, and develop effective documentation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand voice and style guidelines.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in content writing and technical documentation, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of content and technical writing best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
