Ordior Media is expanding its commission-only telemarketing team to sell cutting-edge marketing and promotional services to the booming real estate markets across Australia.

We're looking for driven, results-focused individuals with a passion for sales and real estate to join our team, offering unique opportunities to help real estate businesses grow their digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively promote and sell marketing services to real estate agencies, focusing on digital engagement strategies.
Cold call and develop new leads to build a robust pipeline.
Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, securing repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets for attractive commission earnings.
Technology & Tools:

Our team uses Odoo as our CRM system, providing a seamless and efficient platform to track leads, manage client interactions, and monitor sales progress. You will have full access to Odoo to streamline your work and ensure you stay organized.

In addition, we use Microsoft Outlook for all communications, ensuring that scheduling, client outreach, and follow-ups are managed effectively. To handle project workflows and team collaboration, we rely on Basecamp, which allows you to stay connected with the team, track progress, and ensure that all tasks are completed in line with our goals.

Requirements:

Experience in real estate or related industries is an advantage.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
Comfortable and confident in cold calling.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently while staying aligned with the team's objectives.
