As a Business Development at Aptixlab, you will play a pivotal role for driving revenue growth by finding new sales opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, and nurturing relationships with clients. This role involves proactively seeking out potential customers, identifying their needs, and tailoring solutions to meet those needs. Additionally, the Sales Manager is tasked with maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Through strategic planning, effective communication, and a deep understanding of market trends, the Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving sales targets and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting new users (“Niffter” & “Hirer”) to join the platform by proactively engaging, communicating and providing necessary training and support.
  • Ensuring smooth onboarding for new and existing Niffters and Hirers, while matching & closing deals effectively, is key to driving revenue.
  • Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with the Users to encourage their participation in platform activities.
  • Research and identify potential users in the market and develop tailored approaches to engage and onboard them as clients.
  • Serve as the bridge of communication between the Niffters and internal team members to understand their issue, needs, and collect user feedback.
  • Take measures to keep Niffters active on the platform and encourage them to provide more services.
  • Address any issues that Niffter may encounter and provide support and solutions.
  • Gather feedback from the Niffters and provide it to relevant teams to optimize platform functionality and user experience.
  • Track and achieve sales KPI, grow the number of users and obtain the desired numbers of transactions performed in the marketplace to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotions to drive sales, leveraging market insights and trends.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Development , with a focus on the work marketplace industry.
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of sales on a regional or national level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in developing new revenue streams.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data.
  • Deliver compelling communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
