We can help to discover case-winning information and gaps that are often missed in traditional reviews. Our current customer base is mostly law firms (AMlaw 100 & Boutique litigation firms) and we have analyzed some of the highly sensitive and high-profile litigation matters that appeared in publications such as the WSJs.

Role Overview:
The Founding Customer Success and Product Specialist will play a dual role in ensuring the success of our customers while gathering feedback to enhance our product offerings. You’ll be a key player in driving client satisfaction, managing relationships, and ensuring that our product development aligns with client needs. This role is ideal for someone who is client-focused, enjoys solving problems, and has a keen understanding of product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, identify potential issues, and offer tailored solutions.
- Drive product adoption by demonstrating the value of Fileread’s AI capabilities and ensuring clients achieve desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to address client inquiries and ensure swift resolution of technical challenges.
- Act as a liaison between the Sales and Engineering teams.
Product Management:
- Gather feedback from clients to identify product enhancements, new feature requests, and potential areas of improvement.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable product updates.
- Contribute to the creation of product documentation, training materials, and user guides. Assist in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps based on customer insights and market trends.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in litigation/discovery, with a strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges, particularly in the litigation space.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer success, product management, or client-facing role, ideally within legaltech, SaaS, or AI-driven products.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Passion for legal innovation and are comfortable in a startup environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with legal technology tools or strong interest in innovation in the legal space, with the ability to learn and demonstrate product functionalities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex legal concepts into clear product benefits.
- Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with product development, sales, and marketing teams to align goals and drive product success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Having participated in court trials

Salary Range:
$150K-$165K Base
Equity: 0.25-1%

Remote + In Office in Long Island City, New York
Remote OR In-Office Hybrid Role:
Open to Remote in United States and Canada.
Most of our team has a hybrid work schedule in office in Long Island City, NY location 3 days / week, with WFH flexibility a few days a week. However, we're open to hiring remote full-time for the best potential match!
