Job Description

• Work under the Brand Awareness Team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with team objectives
• Participate and engage in team-wide discussions about campaign strategy and approach
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills by interpreting project briefs, considering audience preferences, and incorporating feedback from stakeholders to refine videos and achieve desired outcomes
• Conceptualize videos using a campaign’s requirements
• Own video content editing for the different social media platforms and marketing channels
• Make necessary revisions to ensure on-time launch of all videos
• Direct offline shoots by creating concepts, shoot guides and shot lists
• Create motion graphics, supers, and other required elements to create compelling videos
• Use conceptualization and purposeful storytelling skills to drive views and engagement
• Stay updated on US social media trends to ensure relevance of content with target audience.
• Stay updated on social marketing trends to ensure reach of published content to target audience
• Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to produce highly engaging and impactful content
• Support other teams by creating on-brand videos for their initiatives as needed
• Manage timelines and priorities in accordance with marketing plans
• Be a gatekeeper of our brand

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Studies, Advertising Arts, or any course relevant to the field
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in creative fields including production and post-production serving US or European market
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Bonus: Adobe Audition and other related software to videography and video editing
• Proficiency in color grading
• Intermediate to proficient experience in motion graphics, chroma application, and rotoscoping
• Intermediate to proficient experience in sound editing and enhancement
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Device should be compatible for working with high power software (preferably a desktop computer) and big video files

  • GPU: GTX 1050 Ti and up
  • Processor: i7 8th gen or i5 4th gen and up
  • RAM: at least 16gb
  • Storage: at least 1TB (depending on raw footage)

• The job is full-remote open to candidates based in the Philippines
• This is a salaried role, not an hourly role. To help coordinate across time zones of different teams, we ask that you be available for any meetings from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Philippine Standard Time
