Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Mexican team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the SaaS industry and a passion for helping customers.
Given the complexities of the global ecosystem, we're focusing on candidates from international companies, preferably those with American corporate work ethics. We're looking for someone with a strong background in massive retail, specifically individuals who started as planners, logistics managers, or ERP implementors, and later transitioned into CS or Account Management roles with strong analytical capabilities.
This is a Individual Contributor role within the Mexico team but we're looking for someone who wants to develop also as a potential leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Oversee a diverse client portfolio and collaborate with technical and business departments; Build strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Data Management: Integrate and manage data processes; Establish and monitor KPIs to align with sales and client goals.
- Process Implementation: Ensure timely implementation to meet client objectives; Identify and address gaps in software and implementation processes.
- Client Engagement: Monitor system usage and engagement to ensure high client retention; Conduct regular sessions within the Customer Success department and communicate with clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Location: Resident of Mexico, DF mandatory
- Experience: 3-5 years in Project Management.
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Executive roles within SaaS companies.
- Global company experience
- Sense of urgency, team player, and high level of accountability
- Background in consulting is a plus
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Excel.
- Technical background with ERP systems as an implementor/project manager
- Knowledge of ERP systems, information systems, or supply chain management.
- Familiarity with MS SQL, BI tools (e.g., Power BI), and Python is a plus.
- Personal Attributes:
- Proactive, resourceful, and analytical.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong self-learning and communication skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Retail industry experience
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the region.
