About the job

About the OpportunityAs a Customer Success Engineer, you will be responsible for executing a data-driven

approach to customer success.

You Will

Tune algorithmic parameters to maximize performance (training will be provided on the job)
Create SQL queries/data extracts from metadata tables in Snowflake, BigQuery and Postgres
Analyze warehouse performance metrics including latency to alert customers
Identify opportunities for improving customer experience
Build the tools to orchestrate and automate the data-driven customer success
Work with the leadership to deliver insights and report progress You Have
BS or MS or MCA in Computer Science or related fields
Proficiency in SQL
Fluent in writing Python code
Comfort with Unix and Bash
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work on US Eastern Time Zone schedule
