Our expectations from you

• Design and implement APIs for serving Machine Learning models and business logic
• Develop and automate internal workflows to allow seamless data access to Data Scientists and Research Scientists
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and deployment using tools like Python, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Automate model retraining and continuous improvement with real-time data pipelines.
• Development of frameworks for continuous process synthesis and optimization, improving prediction accuracy and reducing error variance by leveraging domain-specific knowledge and cutting-edge ML techniques

Technical Skills Required

• Programming Languages: Python, Bash, YAML
• Web Framework: FastAPI (preferred) or Flask, Websockets
• ML Tools: SciKit-Learn, Classical ML modelling , deep learning
• Databases: NoSQL (MongoDB preferred), Redis
• Version Control: Git
• Databases: MongoDB, Redis
• Cloud: AWS Ecosystem
• Deployment Tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes

Bonus Skills

• Research and POC Capability for product development
• LLMOps - Understanding of Langchain and LLM APIs

Non-Technical Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a dynamic, agile environment
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the polymers, materials science, or chemicals industry is a plus
• Previous experience in consultancy or product development environments
• Hands on Development and Deployment experience is a must
