As an Engineering Manager, you and your team will push the boundaries for ITILITE’s technology, collaborate within and outside the tech team to drive the most impactful features. Design and deploy innovative solutions which are reliable, performant, secure, maintainable and cost effective.

Requirements

• Good in data structures and algorithms
• Excellent in Design Patterns, OOAD and System Design
• 2+ years of experience leading a small high performing team
• Total 6-10 years of experience, preferably in SAAS based startups
• Good communication skills with excellent documentation skills
• Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to drive consensus
• Ability to organize/prioritize and lead the most impactful initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that builds the next generation capabilities for our platform, which can be leveraged by other engineering teams to deliver product features.
• Design and build high-performance and low-latency (millisecond-order) systems
• Lead a team of dynamic engineers in research, prototyping and redefining the benchmarks for the platform
• Hire, mentor and manage a team of High-performing engineers
• Lead initiatives to improve engineering velocity and efficiency
• Actively work with Sales, Product and Customer facing teams in solutioning and prioritizing what should we be focusing on
