The Opportunity

We're seeking an innovative AI-Driven Growth Strategist to spearhead our growth initiatives across our product portfolio. In this high-impact role, you'll:

  • Develop and implement AI-driven growth and content strategies across our platforms
  • Lead data analysis initiatives to uncover growth opportunities, particularly in e-commerce categories
  • Optimize SEO performance and organic traffic through innovative approaches
  • Enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization across our platforms
  • Drive affiliate revenue growth through data-driven strategies
  • Contribute to the development of AI-assisted shopping experiences

You'll report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping our growth trajectory.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of AI-powered content and growth strategies
  • Oversee the integration of AI-generated content to improve SEO performance and user engagement
  • Drive topic cluster growth to boost organic search rankings and traffic
  • Identify and capitalize on high-potential e-commerce categories for focused growth initiatives
  • Optimize merchant pages for increased user engagement and affiliate revenue
  • Develop strategies to grow our user base and improve retention rates
  • Collaborate with AI, engineering, SEO, and content teams to implement comprehensive growth strategies
  • Identify emerging trends in e-commerce, AI, and affiliate marketing to inform our growth strategy

A Day in the Life

As an AI-Driven Growth Strategist at Demand.io, you might:

  • Analyze user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the AI team to optimize our content generation and personalization strategies
  • Design and implement A/B tests to improve user experience and drive growth on merchant pages
  • Develop strategies to capitalize on emerging e-commerce categories and seasonal trends
  • Present growth strategy recommendations to the executive team, influencing product direction and affiliate partnerships

About You

We're open to exceptional candidates at various levels - title and compensation will be commensurate with experience and impact.

Must-Haves:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Experience with data-driven growth strategies, preferably in e-commerce or affiliate marketing
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their applications in business growth
  • Proven track record in driving measurable improvements in key performance metrics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about complex challenges
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization strategies

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with AI-powered products or content generation
  • Background in e-commerce, online marketplaces, or affiliate program optimization
  • Knowledge of user retention and engagement strategies in digital platforms
  • Publications or speaking engagements related to growth strategy, AI in business, or affiliate marketing
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics)

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

At Demand.io, we align individual success with company performance:

  • Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $180,000 DOE
  • Equity: 0.2% - 0.4% initial grant in a $100M+ valuation company

Partners Program: Our profit-sharing system

  • Substantial cash bonuses tied to company performance
  • Additive to already competitive core compensation package
  • Potential to earn multiples of base salary through monthly profit-sharing
  • Rewards exceptional performance and long-term commitment

The Partners Program provides increasing rewards as Demand.io grows. Eligibility typically begins after 3 months based on performance, with increasing bonus percentages as you advance through Partner levels.
