Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage our software development
projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing technical projects, a
thorough understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), and excellent
communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

• Sprint Planning: Collaborate with development teams to plan and prioritize sprint goals and deliverables.
• Resource Planning: Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure optimal utilization and project success.
• Task Management: Track tasks and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication within the team and with stakeholders, keeping all parties informed of project progress and changes.
• Technical Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
• SDLC Understanding: Apply knowledge of software development life cycle phases to guide projects through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project scope, timeline, or budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that delivered solutions meet quality standards and customer expectations through effective testing and validation processes.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (4 -5 years) in project management, specifically managing technical/software projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools such as JIRA for project tracking.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
