Yet, for engineers working on modern robotics systems (such as self-driving cars or drones), that’s an analogous reality. These engineers often struggle to make informed decisions about their robots when things aren’t working correctly, and have to hack together solutions in-house.

We’re looking for a frontend engineer with a passion for design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating groundbreaking new user experiences that use AI to search, analyze and visualize multi-modal sensor data. We expect you to have prior experience building rich web applications with modern technologies.

TYPICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• MUST HAVE BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science
• At least 3 years of full-time experience building beautiful web applications
• Experience in TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS and UI frameworks (e.g. MUI)
• Experience creating design concepts, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups (e.g. in Figma)
• Experience building reusable frontend components with cross-browser support
• Experience working closely with backend engineers and product managers
• Experience optimizing performance and state management in complex applications
• Experience with visualization frameworks (e.g. WebGL, Three.js) and charting libraries (a plus)
• Experience building developer tools, data analytics or visualization products (a plus)
• Experience with the latest web technologies including Web Assembly/wasm (a plus)
• Experience with robotics data formats (e.g. ROS, PX4) and multi-modal sensor data (a plus)
