Permit Coordinator

The Role

GreenLite is seeking a Permit Coordinator to support the GLX Operations team. In this role, you’ll prepare, assemble, and submit building permit applications, track submission progress, and assist with administrative tasks such as updating project statuses and managing files in our proprietary software, and ad-hoc regulatory research. You’ll interact regularly with the Permit Operations team, clients, and city/county building departments.

Key Responsibilities & What You’ll Do

• Prepare and submit permit applications, ensuring all required documents are complete.
  
• Track and follow up on application status, aiming for timely approvals.
  
• Communicate with local governments to verify regulatory requirements.
  
• Support the team with permit filings, client communications, and project updates.
  
• Upkeep project trackers, portals, and file systems organized and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Permit Coordination
• Experience in administration, project coordination, or clerical work.
  
• Background in permitting, construction, government administration, regulatory administration, real estate, or related fields.
  
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Notion, G-Suite, and a willingness to learn new software.

Compensation
GreenLite pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we’d reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. • Hybrid - Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within the United States): $58,000 to $75,0000
