What first got me excited about GreenLite is our unique, mission driven approach to solving real problems with people on the team who have experienced this problem firsthand. I could tell early on in the interview process that GreenLite is on a rocketship – both as a company and for career development opportunities. When I joined GreenLite, I got to work on the ground floor of making a difference at the company and the broader industry. What I enjoy most about working at GreenLite is the people. There’s a bias for pushing each other to bring out the best in everyone, working collaboratively on complex problems, and no task is beneath anyone from the newest employee to the CEO. All the while, we’ve kept things fun, celebrated the wins and always look for opportunities to work together and bond in person. I feel lucky to be part of an exciting team making a difference!
