Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of the applications, integrations with backend and smart contracts (alongside smart contract engineers), and is responsible for testing and deployment.
• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains.
• Own the overall web application user experience from the technical perspective.
• Collaborate closely with the designer on product design decisions, taking initiatives to incorporate cross-functional insights.
• Establish and iterate on best practices for designing and maintaining an intuitive, user-friendly application interface.
• Write comprehensive and well-structured documentation for smart contracts and their functionalities.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

Requirements:

• 5-7+ years of full-stack experience building web applications with a focus on frontend
• Experience with mainstream frontend frameworks, React, NextJS, etc.
• Passionate about the frontend and visual design.
• Experience working with DApps, smart contracts, or web3 projects is a plus
• Experience with open-source development using Github.
• Experience leading engineering teams, organizing deliverables, and setting priorities on complex technical projects
• Proven interest in and knowledge of blockchain/web3 technologies and communities, either professionally or personally.
• Eager to learn, ambitious, communicative, and initiative-seeking.
