Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Financial Associate at Askria. The Financial Associate will be responsible for analysing financial statements, utilising strong analytical skills, and providing support in various finance-related tasks. The role will also involve remote collaboration and communication with team members.

Qualifications

4+ years of Proven work experience, with experience in Banking/Consulting/Fintech Startups preferred
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
PHD, CFA, Masters in Finance and/or MBA would be considered an asset.
Hands-on experience with accounting software, like QuickBooks or Xero and Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze financial statements
Experience in finance or a related field
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of financial reporting

Role Responsibilities

Track and maintain financial reports, financial frameworks, analyse trends, and provide valuable financial insights for decision-making.
Creating and enhancing financial frameworks in line with company and client goals.
Respond to financial inquiries and provide financial expertise.
Ensure precise and organised input and maintenance of financial data accurately in a user-friendly format.
Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps.
Conduct financial and business due diligence.
