Content Associate - SEO & SM

*An Overview of the Role *

Our users consist of WisGen (short for the ‘Wisdom Generation’, which is what we call our experienced talent pool of senior retired professionals), and hiring managers representing Organisations looking for experienced talent. As the Content Associate, you’ll be at the forefront of creating and curating high-impact content that resonates with both user segments. You will co-create and execute content strategy across all channels, ensuring consistency in voice and brand values, while simultaneously boosting brand visibility and engagement.

*What Will You Do as the Content Associate at WisdomCircle? *

*Content Strategy *

• Develop Comprehensive Content Plans & Maintain a Content Calendar: Maintain a dynamic content calendar tailored for our primary platforms, focusing on both WisGen and Recruiters. This includes company communications and individual thought leadership.
• Own the TOV: Ensure all content is aligned with our brand's tone, values, and messaging. You’ll be responsible for shaping and refining how WisdomCircle speaks to its audience.

*Content Development - SEO & Social Media *

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with the marketing and growth teams to create content that addresses specific business goals, whether that's generating leads or boosting brand awareness.
• Write for SEO & Social Media : Create content that is designed to engage, educate, and inspire action. Develop engaging and optimised content for social media platforms, and on-page (website, blogs) and off-page (articles, guest posts) purposes, driving organic traffic.
• Create Digital Assets: Design engaging creatives and write compelling copy for performance marketing campaigns, social media posts, posts on third-party websites and more.
• Analyse Performance: Track and optimise the performance of organic content through SEO tools and social media analytics. Use data to inform content adjustments.

*Key Skills & Competencies *

• Strong Writing Skills: Exceptional written communication abilities are crucial, with a demonstrated talent for creating compelling content that informs and inspires.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in creating digital assets using tools like Adobe, Canva, etc.
• SEO Knowledge: Experience writing content that is optimised for search engines, with a strong understanding of keywords and on-page SEO.
• Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach to content creation. Ability to analyse the performance of different content formats and refine strategies accordingly.
• Brand Ownership: A deep understanding of brand messaging and the ability to maintain consistency across all communications.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to find creative solutions to improve engagement and elevate the brand.
• Content Creation Experience: At least 1 year of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably in a startup or creative environment.
