Onboarding Support Associate Temp Job

Revel is seeking a Temporary Onboarding Support Associates to work with our Driver Support Team. This role, expected to last approximately 3 months as we scale our new driver model, offers a unique opportunity for growth and learning in diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail is required
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Passionate about diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the driver support and recruitment teams in onboarding new drivers onto the Revel platform.
• Track driver progress through the onboarding stages
• Add drivers to insurance plans efficiently using attention to detail
• Perform data entry functions using Google Sheets
• Complete outbound calls to prospective drivers as needed
• Serve as a liaison between drivers, operations, and the People Team.

Essential duties and job responsibilities are completed in person at one of our depots:

• Pfizer (Brooklyn) 10am-6pm Tuesday - Saturday 467 Marcy Avenue Brooklyn NY 11206
• JACX (Queens) JACX — 10am-6pm Tuesday - Saturday 42-08 28th Street Long Island City NY 11101

Compensation and Benefits

Base compensation is $18-20 per hour based on experience.
