About Us:
Harmonia is a music education app that teaches users how to play the piano and other instruments through AI personalized lessons and real-time feedback. With the mission of making music education accessible to everyone, Harmonia uses a gamified environment similar to Duolingo, designed for both casual learners and hobbyists. We currently have 300+ users, with plans for aggressive growth through influencer marketing and product iteration.

Overview:
We’re looking for a Growth Hacker to drive Harmonia’s next phase of growth. You will be responsible for crafting and executing scalable growth strategies with minimal budget, focusing on user acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization. You’ll own our influencer marketing efforts, manage low-cost acquisition channels, and be a key player in shaping the future of our app.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to scale users in a freemium model with limited budget.
Experience with influencer marketing, content marketing, and referral programs.
Strong understanding of conversion funnels, A/B testing, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics).
Creative problem solver who can experiment, test, and iterate quickly.
Hands-on experience in building organic growth strategies and optimizing ad campaigns.
