Creative Social Media Marketer

BoldVoice (YC S21) is an AI-powered accent training app that empowers non-native English speakers to speak clearly and confidently.

We are a small, nimble team, with a big mission to reach 28 million immigrant professionals in the US and 500 million globally, to help them improve their English and advance their careers.

Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Growth Creative Marketer to join our team. You ideate, produce, and test creative content and strategies, particularly UGC video, across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to drive user acquisition.

Responsibilities include:

• Ideate and execute creative assets, including static, video, and landing pages, in collaboration with UGC creators, video editors, and our UX/UI designer.
• Own the end-to-end video production process, from brainstorming to filming and post-editing.
• Project manage the delivery of all creative assets.
• Manage influencer outreach and collaborations.
• Manage social media on platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube.
• Support with other initiatives around content operations.

Who you are:

• Creative: you have infinite creative ideas on how to message our value proposition effectively to reach our target audience, and you keep up with trends in social media marketing.
• Extremely detail-oriented: you get into the weeds and obsess over the details of every campaign.
• Skilled at video production: you’re able to quickly and efficiently manage the process of video production and editing, on your own and with external video editors.
• Experimentation mindset: you’re constantly ideating and executing optimizations and tests to unlock better performance.
• Scrappy: you can accomplish a lot quickly, independently, and cost-efficiently.
• Humble: you can roll up your sleeves and pitch in for any task, big or small, that will push the company forward.
• Based in New York (or willing to relocate): you're able to work with us in person at our awesome office in Noho, Manhattan.
