Wise Assistant is an influencer marketing platform connecting freelance marketers and influencers with local agencies and brands for influencer marketing campaigns. Our goal is to help businesses expand into new markets, host launch events, and promote new products.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Sales Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts and generating leads for our sales team. We're in a fast-paced marketing and software industry. The role will start as an unpaid internships (approx. 90 days) and may lead to paid marketing role for successful candidates.

**Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
  • Create and manage engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Utilize social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage with target audiences, and generate leads.
  • Manage and maintain the company's social media channels, including creating content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze competitor activities, and identify new market opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and presentations.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and tracking sales activities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proficiency with Notion
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus.
