We're seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Lead to drive growth for our cutting-edge mobile applications in the entertainment and gaming space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of marketing viral, user-centric mobile products that have reached and engaged millions of users.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for mobile apps, encompassing both organic and paid channels
- Lead user acquisition efforts, optimizing for rapid growth and low acquisition costs
- Create and oversee content marketing initiatives that drive organic growth and user engagement
- Manage paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok, influencer networks)
- Analyze marketing performance data and use insights to refine strategies
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure marketing alignment with product features and updates
- Oversee ASO (App Store Optimization) efforts to improve visibility and conversion rates in app stores
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists
- Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in mobile app marketing, with a focus on viral consumer apps
- Proven track record of driving significant user growth through both organic and paid channels
- Strong understanding of mobile app metrics, attribution, and analytics
- Experience with ASO and mobile-specific marketing tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and optimizing substantial marketing budgets
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Deep understanding of the mobile entertainment and gaming landscape
Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience with product-led growth strategies
- Knowledge of user psychology and behavioral economics as applied to mobile apps
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques for mobile apps
- Experience with community building and management
- Understanding of AI and machine learning applications in marketing
- Experience with international app launches and culturalization strategies
