● Selective Expansion to Help BD team

● Retail cost understanding and controlling the same

● Mall Relationship management to help brand/store

● Stakeholder management with Buying/Planning/VM/Marketing/Business Finance

● Ensuring feedback from Employee to Partner to Brand to Employee

Scope of Work: -

• Managing offline Business for South
  
• Drive revenue – The most important KRA
  
• Right Stocks availability with the help of Planning team
  

• Helping Buying team with market feedback

• Recruitment, Training people for all the point of sale as per the agreed timeline

• Drive and Plan & implement infrastructure, renovation & expansion in stores.

• Finalizing the space / Location for offline to Help BD team

• Sets Daily, weekly and Monthly targets for each point of sale based on the budget,

• Map store wise sales performance

• To align training priorities.

• Strategizing and Formulating business plans to achieve organizational objectives.

• Manages the relationship with the franchisee from a business point of view.

• Data capture and circulation to concerned stakeholders

• Manage conflicts.

Qualifications & Experience

▪ Experience: - 8-10 Years

▪ Excellent Leadership talent with ability to attract and lead talent.

▪ Thorough Retail Operation Knowledge
