As a Lead UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping the design process, ensuring it is user-centric, iterative, and in alignment with our organization's goals.

• Job type: Part-time Volunteer
• Location: Remote
• Commitment: ≥ 6 months

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, with a focus on user-centered design and problem-solving.
• Skills & Attributes:
  • Mentorship Skills: A passion for teaching and mentoring others, while providing constructive feedback.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Adaptable: Flexible to changing project requirements and deadlines.
