*Position Overview: *
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Property Acquisitions
Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real
estate acquisitions, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for helping homeowners navigate
complex situations. This is a commission-only position with substantial earning potential, making
it perfect for someone who is eager to build a rewarding career based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and source potential property acquisitions through various channels, including
direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.
-Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, including market analysis,
property assessments, and financial evaluations.
-Negotiate purchase agreements with property owners, ensuring favorable terms for both
the homeowner and Caliber Trust.
-Collaborate with our team of real estate professionals to develop acquisition strategies
that align with company goals.
-Maintain detailed records of all acquisition activities, including lead tracking,
communication logs, and transaction documentation.
-Stay informed on market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real
estate transactions.
-Provide regular reports to management on acquisition progress and pipeline
development.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property acquisitions, real estate investing, or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with property owners and stakeholders. Solid understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and financial analysis. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in real estate software and CRM systems (experience with Salesforce is a plus).High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practices in real estate
transactions.
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. On average, our
specialists earn between $65K and $105K in their first year. By the second year, top
performers typically see earnings in the range of $150K to $200K. In the third year, many
of our specialists earn $300K and above. Your income grows with your experience and
success in closing deals.
