Join Soulstice, a pioneer in merging exceptional dining with innovative social experiences. As a Venue Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio of premium dining venues. This equity plus commission position allows you to directly contribute to the growth and success of Soulstice and our esteemed platform, Eatapp.

Role Overview:

Sales & Acquisition: Take on a dynamic role offering both equity and commission, focused on identifying, engaging, and securing partnerships with new restaurant venues in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and potentially other regions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurateurs, understanding their business needs and demonstrating how collaboration with Soulstice can enhance their visibility and customer base.

Strategic Representation: Act as a primary representative of Soulstice at industry events, promoting our platform's unique value to potential partners.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chief Restaurant Acquisition Officer and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new venues and align strategies for mutual success.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or related sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to forge and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with a knack for closing deals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Passion for the intersection of dining and social experiences.
