Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media, content marketing, and SEO (experience in fashion or e-commerce is highly desirable).
• Proficiency in managing social media accounts, creating, scheduling, and posting content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) for scheduling and tracking posts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to brainstorm and execute unique campaign ideas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and flexible with shifting priorities.
• Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and CRM tools.
• Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
