Data Analyst

Role In Nutshell
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join our marketing team. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide insights that drive marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to track campaign performance, identify trends, optimize engagement efforts, and generate reports.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing managers to define requirements, campaign optimisations and testing
• Monitor key product and marketing metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Analyze marketing data (campaigns, customer behavior, etc.) to provide actionable insights.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to product management and analysis.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant analytics experience
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction/analysis and a firm understanding of Python.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets autonomously.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in marketing analytics, campaign tracking, and A/B testing.
