Role Overview:
We are seeking a technically adept Product & Data Analyst with expertise in customer growth metrics, product analytics, and data tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in technology, statistics, or mathematics and be experienced in managing analytics platforms, communication channels, and infrastructure tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to derive insights and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze customer growth metrics to identify trends and inform product strategy using Mixpanel and Branch. You will track user engagement, retention, and conversion funnels to deliver actionable insights that improve customer experiences.
Build and manage dashboards for ongoing reporting of key business metrics using tools such as Power BI, *Grafana, and *Metabase. You will ensure stakeholders have real-time visibility into performance data to drive timely decision-making.
Leverage customer communication platforms like CleverTap and Kaleyra to enhance engagement and retention strategies. You’ll collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to deliver data-driven personalized campaigns.
Perform statistical analysis and regression modeling to uncover trends in customer behavior using Python and MySQL. You’ll be responsible for automating data analysis tasks and interpreting results to guide business decisions.
Optimize advertising performance by analyzing campaign data from ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), calculating metrics like CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and providing recommendations for ad targeting and budget adjustments.
Manage data repositories using Docker, *Git, and *Python, ensuring scalable and efficient data pipelines. You’ll collaborate with development teams to deploy and maintain reliable data processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, *Branch) and data visualization tools (e.g., *Power BI, *Grafana, *Metabase).
- Proficiency in Python and MySQL for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with customer communication platforms (CleverTap, *Kaleyra*).
- Knowledge of Docker, *Git, *Jupyter for managing data repositories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with A/B testing and customer segmentation.
- Familiarity with Intermediate SQL & Python.
- Exposure to marketing analytics and ad platforms.
