You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, enhancing their experience, and increasing brand loyalty. Create strategies to engage and retain customers through personalized communication, managing feedback, and ensuring satisfaction at each touchpoint. This role involves analyzing customer data, managing campaigns, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term connections that drive customer retention and business growth. Strong communication, data analysis, and customer service skills are crucial for success in this position.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers, identify their needs, and suggest new features and services that suit their interests.
  • Collaborate with the analytics team to deep dive into customer behavior through data
  • Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
  • Contribute to engagement ideas
  • Lead various customer projects simultaneously and use different tools for the same.
  • Collect reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image.
  • Create engaging mobile marketing plans for new products and services
  • Monitor the ongoing mobile marketing campaigns and plan on making them more effective.
  • Document all the necessary details about the ongoing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.

Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or marketing.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative problem-solving and idea generation for customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing strategies and campaign monitoring.
