Roles and Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the analytics team to deep dive into customer behavior through data
- Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly.
- Contribute to engagement ideas
- Lead various customer projects simultaneously and use different tools for the same.
- Collect reviews and testimonials that appraise the brand image.
- Create engaging mobile marketing plans for new products and services
- Monitor the ongoing mobile marketing campaigns and plan on making them more effective.
- Document all the necessary details about the ongoing marketing campaigns and their effectiveness.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving and idea generation for customer engagement.
- Knowledge of mobile marketing strategies and campaign monitoring.
