The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic Co-Founder to join our early-stage startup. If you're passionate about AI, video technology, and building something from the ground up, this is the opportunity for you. As Co-Founder, you'll work directly with the founding team, playing an integral role in shaping the culture and future of the company. Whether you’re technical or non-technical, we’re looking for someone who thrives in the startup environment, loves problem-solving, and is ready to contribute to our next big leap.

What you'll be doing

• Problem-Solving: You’ll tackle complex challenges, whether product-related, operational, or strategic, using a hands-on approach.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team to develop business strategy, build product vision, and execute key initiatives.
• Grant Application: Immediately contribute to a grant application process as part of securing funding for our growth and development.
• Wearing Multiple Hats: You will manage both administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities.
• Team Building: Help shape the future of the company by building and managing a strong team, as well as establishing partnerships and alliances.

• Startup Experience: You’ve worked in a startup or entrepreneurial environment before, where you've built things from scratch and adapted to fast-paced changes.
• Problem-Solver: You have a mindset that finds solutions no matter the obstacle, regardless of your specific skill set or experience.
• People-Person: You’re a natural communicator, able to inspire and manage different stakeholders, including team members, investors, and partners.
• Driven: You’re motivated to start small and take giant strides, always keeping an eye on the bigger picture and long-term vision.
• Ready to Start: We’re moving fast. You should be ready to jump in immediately to assist with an important grant application.
• Adaptable: Whether you're technical, non-technical, or have experience across multiple domains, your versatility will be key to navigating the different roles you’ll take on.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with grant applications or securing funding.
• Strong understanding of the AI or video tech ecosystem.
• Experience building or managing small teams.
• A background in operations, marketing, or sales would be beneficial.
