Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are seeking a seasoned CFO with a strong background in the fintech space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing pricing strategies, creating sustainable revenue models, and building partnerships with banks and other financial institutions. This role will involve high-level strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight to drive Eight.money’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute pricing strategies and revenue models that align with our growth goals.
• Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, payment networks, and financial institutions to foster strategic partnerships.
• Oversee fundraising efforts and engage with potential investors to secure financial backing.
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations and other financial governance requirements.
• Optimize internal processes for maximum efficiency in financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a CFO role or similar senior finance position within a fintech or financial services company.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and RBI compliance, particularly in the fintech sector.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and strategic partnerships.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing pricing strategies and revenue models.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
