About the Marketing team:
Bubble’s Growth Marketing team drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention by leveraging data, creative strategies, and marketing tools. We collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to optimize the customer journey and fuel Bubble’s rapid expansion. Our mission is to bring more people into the Bubble ecosystem and help them realize their ideas using our no-code platform through impactful campaigns, content, and community-building efforts.
About the role:
We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and strategic Senior Associate, Growth Marketing to join our growing team! This person will work closely with the Senior Growth Manager and our Director of Growth to coordinate and support growth-related projects, manage marketing campaigns, and assist in testing paid acquisition channels. They will collaborate with design, copy, and brand teams to produce and optimize marketing assets and will play a key role in reporting campaign performance and analysis.
What you’ll do at Bubble:
Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns across paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Social platforms, Programmatic and more.
Work cross-functionally with design, copywriting, and brand teams to create and optimize ad creative, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
Assist in developing and executing a testing roadmap across paid search, social ads, and other channels, refining audiences, ad units, and targeting tactics.
Lead and manage organic growth projects end to end in partnership with the larger growth team.
Provide insights and recommendations on budgets, conversions, and growth projections based on testing results.
Generate and present performance reports, analyzing campaign data to optimize performance and make strategic decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in paid acquisition and growth strategies to inform future campaigns.
About you:
2-4 years of experience in a growth or marketing role and familiarity with paid acquisition strategies and A/B testing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, and social platforms like Meta or TikTok.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with SaaS, PLG, or startup environments.
Passion for growth marketing, with a desire to stay current on the latest trends and tools.
Compensation:
We offer competitive compensation aligned to tier one markets. Our estimated salary for this role at Bubble ranges from $83,000 to $113,000. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
Location:
For this role, Bubble is currently only considering candidates who are authorized to work in the US and are within the New York City metro area. We will provide relocation assistance to those who are interested in moving to the NYC area.
We prefer hiring people within commuting distance of our NYC office because we value getting together in person regularly. For those who enjoy working from our Manhattan office on a more regular basis, we offer catered lunches, and happy hours, among other fun perks.
