About Sales
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our ambitious growth and diversification plans. A Sales Executive is responsible for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities for business expansion across different customer segments, and promoting our diverse product lines.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Building:
- Prospect and acquire new clients through strategic outreach and networking.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Effectively communicate the unique value propositions of our products to clients.
- Promote and cross-sell different product lines to maximize revenue & gross profit.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities for growth and diversification.
- Provide insights and feedback to the management team based on market analysis.
Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement:
- Collaborate with executive management to develop effective sales strategies.
- Develop tactical action plan to achieve sales targets aligned with the company's objectives.
- Continuously monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on sales activities and performance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven- track record of success in sales, notably in the food & beverage industry
- Knowledge of the coffee industry
- Spanish/Portuguese language skills a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Information Systems, Management, Logistics, or Supply-Chain areas, preferred but not required.
