Program Manager

The Role
You'll work directly with our founding team on high-priority projects, bridging the gap between product vision and engineering execution.

What You'll Do
Oversee and manage the execution of multiple related projects within a program.
Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
Lead cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and communication across departments.
Monitor progress, track milestones, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues that may impact program success.
Report on program status, performance, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Who You Are
13 years experience in program/product-related roles
Prior 01 startup experience (bonus, if itʼs in health & wellness)
Thrives (and borderline enjoy! in early-stage startup ambiguity
Takes initiative and ownership of tasks, and get things done !!
Problem-solver with a "no task too small" attitude
Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data-driven decision-maker
Familiar with product management and analytics tools Aspires to become a future founder or product lead
