Your Role:

• Efficiently handle customer queries across various channels with promptness and professionalism.
• Deeply understand and address customer needs, delivering solutions that delight and exceed expectations.
• Facilitate potential sales by seamlessly transferring leads to our sales team.
• Collaborate across departments to solve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions, aiding clear communication and problem resolution.
• Use customer feedback to work with your team leader on continuous service improvement.

** Who We're Looking For:**

• Fluent in Mandarin, with strong command of English communication skills, ensuring clarity and understanding in every interaction.
• A customer-centric approach, prioritizing exceptional service while adhering to established processes.
• Robust problem-solving and organizational skills to manage diverse customer queries.
• A bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
