The Role

At Pave, you will have the opportunity to build our customer facing products such as our analytical dashboards and our developer portal. We’re constructing the insights, predictions, attributes and scores layer that enables risk teams to harness raw fintech data sources to identify healthy borrowers, optimize credit limits and improve collection outcomes. Dashboards are a core part of our product as they enable key stakeholders to understand our models and the impact they might have on their business.

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong skills in product, engineering, data and visualizations. You'll report directly to the Director of Engineering. You’ll be expected to take ownership of a variety of areas. You will rapidly become an expert and a champion on key topics that the rest of the team can rely on. You will lead your own projects and drive direct business value.

What You Will Accomplish Within 6 Months

At Pave, we are a fast-moving startup. You can expect to make significant contributions within your first 6 months, working on projects such as:

• Build new dashboards into our app
• Add search to our documentation
• Take E2E ownership of our dashboards and developer portal
• Launch lender analytics product
