Position Summary:
The Manager of Corporate Content & Strategy will drive innovation in content creation, messaging, and branding for the company, with a strong focus on pushing industry-relevant narratives and elevating our position in the real estate market. This role requires deep institutional knowledge of real estate and will be responsible for overseeing all company content deliverables, including major marketing projects, ad campaigns, and cutting-edge marketing initiatives. They will lead the company’s voice, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging across all channels.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Innovation
- Lead the development and execution of a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with industry trends and elevates the company's brand positioning within real estate.
- Drive the creation of innovative and impactful messaging to highlight the company's expertise and leadership in the market.
- Push the boundaries of content, ensuring it remains cutting-edge, creative, and relevant to both corporate and agent-facing audiences.
- Contribute to preparing comprehensive project briefs outlining objectives and key deliverables for corporate initiatives. Work with the project manager to ensure all the information is captured for next steps/assignments.
- Collaborate with content and creative team colleagues and Manager of Digital Content to advance various projects and ensure positive execution and roll out to the entire company.
Branding & Messaging
- Lead the company voice by managing and drafting content for key projects, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Craft high-quality content, including ad campaigns, thought leadership pieces, and marketing initiatives, that communicates the company’s values, vision, and market expertise.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to create thought leadership content and industry messaging, positioning the company as a market leader.
- Shape and refine company messaging to reflect market trends, competitive insights, and key differentiators, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Content Ownership & Leadership
- Alongside the Content and Marketing team, oversee the creation and delivery of all major marketing content, ensuring strategic alignment and top-tier quality across key corporate initiatives and projects.
- Manage and maintain a library of content assets that support corporate goals, marketing campaigns, and agent engagement.
- Lead the creative development of new content formats and writing styles to expand the company’s reach and enhance brand recognition.
Industry Expertise
- Utilize in-depth real estate knowledge to create content that resonates with both industry professionals and clients, reinforcing the company’s market leadership.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and incorporate these insights into content strategy and messaging to keep the company at the forefront of industry conversations.
Digital Strategy & SEO (Preferred)
- A background in SEO and digital strategy is a plus, with an understanding of how to optimize content for online visibility and engagement.
- Leverage digital tools and SEO best practices to ensure content reaches the right audiences and enhances the company's online presence.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in English/public relations/communications
- This role is ideal for candidates with 5-8 years experience in real estate, architecture, business or design
- Proven experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably in real estate, luxury, business, or lifestyle sectors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong customer service and client management experience
- Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills
- Able to effectively work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- A background in SEO and digital strategy
Compensation: Annual Salary - $80-100,000 USD
Location: Remote position
