As the Network Growth Director, you will support the acute growth strategy and Go to Market plan for targeted priority states. You will be responsible for hitting Acute Network Growth goals and increasing overall targeted account pipeline build. You will support alignment and collaboration with the A&P Sales Team, guide campaign creation with marketing and SDRs, and share solution client feedback with product. The role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to enable collaboration, education, and overall solution strategy.
** This role requires 40%+ travel.
Who you will work with:
The qualified candidate will report to our Vice President of Provider Sales and will work closely with internal stakeholders. This will include our CMO, Provider Sales Director, Provider and Health Plan Sr. AE and AAEs, Strategic Accounts, Market Access, Product, Marketing, SDRs, Solution Design, Sales Enablement, and Customer Success. Our culture is collaborative, and we are looking for a Professional who is great at building external and internal relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and execute a regional Network Growth Strategy in priority states hitting annual growth targets.
- Support Market Access Team on Acute Network Growth Strategy to open new markets.
- Support Provider Territories, Strategic Accounts, and State Directors on identified EDO opportunities.
- Along with Provider sales, create an account-based prospecting strategy for all Top Target Accounts.
- Align with Product on future EDO roadmap needs.
- Compile feedback on Closed-Lost Opportunities and objections that prevent the sale of EDO.
- Facilitate the collection of and education on key competitors.
- Collaborate with Marketing and SDRs on EDO specific use case campaigns.
- In collaboration with Solutions, CMO, and Sales enablement, coach Provider AE’s and SDRs on EDO value props and use cases and refine messaging, presentation, and training resources.
- Deliver comprehensive and compelling sales presentations to key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of all new EDO deals to drive ROI studies and testimonials.
- Work with data science to assess current pricing methodology and provide input from the field.
- Identify and secure Reference Sites and nurture all existing EDO relationships.
- Attend EDO focused tradeshows, summit, and speaking events to support the team.
- Lead support on National ACEP and ENA regional chapters.
Required Experience:
- 7+ years’ experience in a healthcare IT sales role to hospitals/health systems and large Ambulatory practices, preferably a SaaS company
- BS or BA with a technology or business focus
- Passionate, energetic, and driven to develop and expand Regional Territories
- Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and demonstrate intellectual rigor
- Superior organizational and effective time management skills
- Exceptional team player
