Location
This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from our New York office, 2-3 days a week as required by the manager.

The Role
The Business Operations Manager will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency across Imprint, with a strong emphasis on project management and driving the successful launch of new co-branded credit card programs. As the Business Operations Manager, you will manage cross-functional projects, and help to scale our business through process improvements and strategic initiatives.
Your Day-to-Day
- Project Management for New Program Launches: Act as the project lead for new program launches, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful execution from deal to launch.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing processes, and improving efficiency across departments.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, drive business insights, and recommend solutions that improve operational performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a key liaison between departments (including HR, Talent, Finance, and Product) to ensure operational alignment and seamless execution of projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly assessing and optimizing processes, tools, and methodologies used across the business.
What We Look For
- 4-6 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a fintech or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, with experience in program launches or large-scale initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and working collaboratively across departments.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying operational inefficiencies and implementing solutions that drive business impact.
- Experience in fintech or tech startup environments is a plus.

Annual salary range: $140,000 - $180,000, and competitive equity package
