Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Growth Hacker to join our small but mighty team 💪.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling startups to millions of users and will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth to 10 million users and beyond. You will be responsible for expanding our organic reach, increasing our keyword rankings from 10,000 to over 20,000+ keywords, and boosting our monthly visits from 200k to over 1 million.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development:
Design and implement a comprehensive growth hacking strategy focused on organic user acquisition.
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across various channels.
Performance SEO (pSEO):
Leverage pSEO techniques to increase organic search traffic.
Optimize website architecture and content for maximum visibility and ranking.
Affiliate Marketing:
Expand and manage the affiliate program to onboard new affiliates.
Develop affiliate marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
Content Marketing:
Oversee the creation and distribution of both short-form and long-form content.
Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality, SEO-optimized content that drives engagement and conversions.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and user experience.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the product, engineering, and sales teams to align growth initiatives.
Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a similar role within a tech startup environment.
Proven track record of scaling a startup to millions of users successfully.
Expertise:
Deep understanding of pSEO, affiliate marketing, and content marketing strategies.
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Skills:
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
