About the job

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, guiding HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs, HR policies, and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll processes and benefits administration.

*Requirements: *

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
