The Product Analyst / Product Operations Analyst will play a critical role in enhancing lead engagement across various communication channels. This position involves analyzing and optimizing strategies for dialing, texting, and cadencing to improve contact rates and lead conversions. The successful candidate will employ rigorous A/B testing, data analysis, and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness in lead engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize lead engagement strategies to improve contact rates and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate the effectiveness of various engagement tactics.
Data Analysis:
- Investigate lead drop-off funnels to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
Communication Strategy Design:
- Design and implement communication strategies tailored to different stages of the engagement funnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Experimentation and Testing:
- Lead experiments to test different hypotheses around lead engagement and conversion.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of these experiments.
Automation and Optimization:
- Implement automation to enhance process efficiencies and response times.
- Continuously identify and execute optimizations to streamline processes and reduce manual interventions.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Product, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and software.
- Deep understanding of lead engagement strategies, A/B testing, and funnel analysis.
- Experience with NLP/large language models (LLMs) for customer engagement preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Agile tools and methodologies.
- Should comfortable working from 5pm-2am IST shift
