We are growing and are looking for a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team!
Sales Representative
Location: Remote / Flexible
Position: Contract or Casual 2-3 days a week with an option to go Part-time/Full-time in the future
Experience: Preferably with experience selling to schools, colleges, and universities
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote Gradcut to educational institutions, including universities, colleges, and schools.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers such as graduation coordinators, event managers and video production companies.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent lead generation.
- Present and demo Gradcut’s platform to prospective clients, showcasing its benefits and value for students and the institution.
- Identify new opportunities and markets within the education sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and sales materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by driving new business and nurturing existing relationships.
- Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the education sector (selling to schools, colleges, or universities is a big plus!).
• A strong network within the education industry or the ability to build relationships quickly with decision-makers.
• Attention to detail, persistence and excellent communication skills.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results.
• Passion for education, technology, and making a positive impact on student experiences.
Must be located in Australia and have working rights.
