Permanent Position M&A & Investor Relations Management (100%, m/f/d)

Your role:
• Active support of the fundraising process
• Be responsible and become the direct contact person for investors
• Preparation and follow-up of meetings, conferences, preparation of analyses and presentations

• Coordinating, editing and managing the distribution of investor reports & investor communications

• Work actively together with our founder & take responsibility in responding to investor queries

What you bring:
• You are a Digital Native, interested in Cyber Security, Blockchain & Platform Technology.
• Students/Graduates (m/f/d) of Economics/ Banking & Finance / Corporate Finance. Practical experience in the field of finance is a benefit.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
• You are a fast learner, have strong analytical skills and are passionate about supporting the sales team with strong presentations skills.
