UI/UX Designer

This role requires a deep understanding of consumer behavior, mobile design patterns, and the latest UX/UI trends.

Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Analysis:
Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and pain points. Use data and research findings to inform design decisions.
UX Design & Wireframing:
Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps that effectively communicate design concepts and workflows for B2C mobile apps and web portals. Ensure a seamless user journey across devices.
UI Design & Visual Identity:
Design visually stunning, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces for mobile apps and web platforms that reflect the brand identity. Ensure responsive and adaptive design practices are applied across devices and screen sizes.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, present designs, and iterate based on feedback. Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Interaction Design & Microinteractions:
Create intuitive interaction designs and microinteractions to enhance the user experience and make the interface engaging. Focus on delivering delightful user interactions that improve usability.
Usability Testing & Iteration:
Conduct usability tests on prototypes and live products to gather feedback and improve the product. Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, performance data, and changing business needs.
Stay Up-to-Date with Trends:
Keep up with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and tools, ensuring that the mobile app and web portal designs are modern and competitive in the market.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, specifically focused on B2C mobile apps and web portals.
Design Tools:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or Axure.
Prototyping & Wireframing:
Strong skills in creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Balsamiq, or Axure.
Mobile-First Design:
Deep understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive design to ensure consistency across mobile, tablet, and desktop platforms.
User-Centered Design:
Solid knowledge of UX best practices, including user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and design thinking methodologies.
Communication Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to Detail:
A keen eye for aesthetics, consistency, and detail when translating wireframes into polished, high-fidelity designs.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles for web and mobile interfaces.
Familiarity with A/B testing and experience working with data-driven design decisions.
