Hands-On Technology Work: Develop backend services in Java or Python, build and maintain REST APIs, and work with databases like SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Apache HBase. Utilize cloud frameworks such as AWS EC2, S3, and Lambda.
Who You Are

Experience: 3+ years of software development experience, ideally at a venture-backed startup or top tech firm. Extensive experience in distributed systems and platform engineering.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in backend development using Python, Java, or Go. Strong knowledge of scalable system design, performance optimization, and resilience engineering.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
Database and Tools: Familiarity with Kafka, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, Redis, and other technologies to support distributed systems.
