Chief of Staff / Founding Team

I'm a repeat founder building a new company that makes our government work better by providing the public sector with best-in-class technology.

We (me + a phalanx of contractors) are starting to see revenue traction and quickly becoming overwhelmed. We have an immediate need to scale our operations to keep up with sales.

I am assembling 3-4 folks on the founding team to focus on operations, partnerships, and regulatory/contracts. I'm happy to chat about any of those; this posting specifically is for a classic Chief of Staff role. Matt Mochary has a great description.

I'm looking for someone who's high-agency and high-velocity. The ideal candidate would have exceptional intelligence and work ethic, enthusiasm to create an awesome culture, and a passion for improving the public sector. You'd work closely with me to build a massive, enduring business.
