Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ringba platform management and Medicare Pay Per Call Campaigns. This role involves auditing, call listening, and ensuring compliance with performance standards across Medicare campaigns. The selected individual will work closely with Publishers/Agents and provide precise performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and audit Medicare Pay Per Call Campaigns using the Ringba platform.
Listen to and audit frontend and licensed insurance Medicare call recordings.
Communicate effectively with Publishers and Agents to ensure compliance and performance standards.
Compile and deliver accurate and timely performance reports to stakeholders.
Ensure that all calls meet the required quality standards and adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience with Ringba platform.
At least 1 year of experience with Medicare Pay Per Call Campaigns.
Proven experience in call listening and auditing Medicare-related call recordings.
Strong communication skills for liaising with Publishers and Agents.
Ability to provide clear and accurate performance reports in a timely manner.
Additional Skills:
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes in the insurance or Medicare industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:
9 am - 6 pm EST
